Returns & Refunds

 

We take every precaution in our handling and storage of our wines to ensure they reach you in the very best possible condition however due to the fragile nature of the product, we are not able to offer refunds on any wine once opened.

If you have changed your mind and would like to return your unopened wine, please get in touch with us here. We will provide you details for returning the wine to us. Once we have received the wine and it is in its original state, we will arrange a refund for the bottle price paid less merchant fees and return shipping. Refunds will be made to the original card/payment method used.

All refunds or returns must be processed within 14 days of date of purchase.
